Return & Replacement Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements if:

• Your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The product is unused, in original packaging, and not past the return window.
• You contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Used pet beds, carriers, bowls, or grooming tools
• Opened pet food, treats, or supplements
• Personalized items (e.g., custom tags, engraved bowls)

How to Request a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement, please email support@mypetduka.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the product and packaging
• A short description of the issue

We’ll review your request within 1–2 business days and send return instructions if eligible.

Timeframe

• You must submit a return request within 7 days of delivery.
• Once approved, items must be returned within 14 days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we:

• Receive the returned item and verify its condition
• Or confirm that the item was lost or delivered damaged

Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

If the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover return shipping.

For other reasons (e.g., no longer needed), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, simply return the eligible item and place a new order separately.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

• Check with your bank or credit card provider
• Allow up to 10 business days for processing
